Bug#1132157: onetbb: Please include support for GNU Hurd

At the moment, d/control of this package exclude Hurd from building it.
This block all reverse dependencies from GNU Hurd.  To try to rectify
this, I have submitted two patches upstream to fix the build problems on
Gnu Hurd, getting rid of the use of PATH_MAX and PTHREAD_STACK_MIN.

The patches are available from

<URL: https://github.com/uxlfoundation/oneTBB/pull/2026 >.  If you are
willing to backport a patch in Debian, I would be happy to create a
patch for the version currently in Debian unstable.  If not, I hope
hurd-any can be enabled when a new version of oneTBB is released.
