I got it to finish:

-rw-r--r-- 1 infinity0 infinity0 30351 Jul 5 15:43 sagemath_8.0~rc0-1~sage1_amd64.buildinfo
-rw-r--r-- 1 infinity0 infinity0 9625 Jul 5 15:43 sagemath_8.0~rc0-1~sage1_amd64.changes
-rw-r--r-- 1 infinity0 infinity0 23392062 Jul 5 14:03 sagemath_8.0~rc0-1~sage1_amd64.deb
-rw-r--r-- 1 infinity0 infinity0 75120 Jul 5 12:37 sagemath_8.0~rc0-1~sage1.debian.tar.xz
-rw-r--r-- 1 infinity0 infinity0 6572 Jul 5 15:43 sagemath_8.0~rc0-1~sage1.dsc
-rw-r--r-- 1 infinity0 infinity0 16477616 Jul 5 10:17 sagemath_8.0~rc0.orig.tar.xz

However this was with a slightly older fpylll from our custom APT repo. The current version in experimental FTBFS everywhere and neither Jerome nor I had a chance to look at this yet, see the other thread. Apart from cypari I think this is the only missing piece left.
