[Debian-science-sagemath] Python 3: which minor version ?

Hello,

I am on my way to bring Python3 to the cysignals package.

I have noticed that the debian tools build material for Python 3.5 and Python 3.6 :
I guess that I have to choose one of them; I do not yet know how to force it,
but this is not the main issue here.

A priori, I would choose 3.5 as it is the one brings by libpython3-dev .

But the final word must come from Sage.

Cheers,
Jerome
