[Debian-science-sagemath] ecl package update to 26.5.5, with consumers

Hello all,

So the new ecl got accepted in experimental, and as per the transition
procedure we now need to upload the packages which depend on this to
experimental too. And test these of course. According to
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-ecl.html this would:

- maxima-sage

- sagemath

Is this something someone can do?

Best regards, Peter
