[Debian-science-sagemath] installation

Hi,

It still needs to be figured out how exactly to make that work. The
difficulty is that Sage has a bunch of (environment) variables
containing paths that have to be set right.

First we should set debian-temp-userdir.patch to install Python modules
with --prefix=sage/local/ instead of --user. I already tried that, but
got problems with cysignals not being in the Cython include path. So it
would make sense to first package cysignals.

Next everything from sage/local could be installed into a provisional
package. Then the paths need to be set correctly. There it could help to
look at what Arch Linux does, see PKGBUILD, env.patch and paths.patch at
https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk?h=packages/sagemath

Also note the section of the Sage documentation
http://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/installation/source.html#installation-in-a-multiuser-environment

Best,
Tobias
