[Debian-science-sagemath] fpylll: dependency or dependencee of Sage ?

Of course sagelib will get it's own python module packages etc. But are
you saying we should have two distinct source packages? (Because these
are the entities that are built at different times.) That doesn't really
make sense, unless Sage moves sagelib to its own code repository.
