I've sent an email to sage-devel asking them to consider patching Sage to use fpylll-without-Sage.

Jerome, would you be able to package fpylll (the non-Sage version) in the meantime, and upload it it to our APT repo? This would be very useful to test with, when I come to write the above patch.
