Hey Julien,

You can put multiple lines into d/watch, although I'm not sure if that is for multiple mirrors or for multi-orig-tarball packages - I guess you can try it and see.

Otherwise, this mirror offers HTTPS:

https://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/www.sagemath.org/spkg/upstream/

(I only checked a few others, so there might be more that do HTTPS.) And you could document the other mirrors with comments, I suppose.
