[Debian-science-sagemath] Next sagemath upload

If you want, you could add Breaks: sagemath (<= 7.4-4) to the relevant brial binary packages. If I understand correctly, that will force the migration scripts to migrate brial and sagemath 7.4-5 to testing at the same time.
