I managed to make `tsc --project src` work, here is what we will need to package:

	fakewebpack-unpacked/@jupyterlab/
	fakewebpack-unpacked/@types/backbone/
	fakewebpack-unpacked/@types/jquery/
	fakewebpack-unpacked/@types/mathjax/
	fakewebpack-unpacked/@types/requirejs/
	fakewebpack-unpacked/@types/semver/
	fakewebpack-unpacked/phosphor/
	fakewebpack-unpacked/setimmediate
	fakewebpack-unpacked/timers-browserify

(At the moment I'm supplying them manually.)

All of these type definitions come from https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/ so perhaps we can just create a typescript-types package.
