Thanks for pointing out the typo in the xerces26 debian/control file.
I have an upload prepared to fix it and will do that upload in a day
or so once I get an answer to an unrelated question that impacts the
upload.  FYI, I will be requesting removal of the xerces26 packages
before much longer since they are very old and a 2.7 version of
libxml-xerces-perl is out now.
