Package: docbook-xml
Version: 4.5-5
Severity: serious

When configuring docbook-xml after installation, I get the error

----------
update-xmlcatalog: error: entity already registered
dpkg: error processing docbook-xml (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
----------

This happened on a just installed box, upgrading from stable -> testing
-> unstable.
