[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#695014: herold -r chapter does not work

For some reason I cannot convert an HTML page into a docbook chapter:

$ herold -r chapter -i inpuy.html -o output.xml
[...]
  --version
  -V                     - Version number

The option "--docbook-document-element" has an invalid value of "chapter". Possible values are: article, book, reference, section.
