[xml/sgml-pkgs] docbook-html-forms: Request for NMU & bug closure

There was a typo in the bug number given in the previous message. The
correct bug number is #694882.

P.S. The Developers Reference suggests that (as an NMU) that I submit
the patches or fixed package to the BTS system, but isn't clear on how
exactly to do this, hence these messages.
