No, you can delete that. Besides, it doesn't work with either
\documentclass{article} or \documentclass{scrartcl} (the KOMA version of
"article"), at least I can't.

"song" points to the Cyberbit font. There is one problem: the license is not
DFSG-free IMHO, so I can't officially package it.
However, we don't need complete Unicode BMP fonts like Cyberbit, because
Debiandoc-SGML is configured to use one language at a time in a document.
As a font, you can use "min", "goth" or "maru". These refer to the
high-quality DNP Wadalab fonts.
For zh_TW, you could use either "bsmi" or "bkai"; for zh_CN resp. "gbsn" or
"gkai".

CJK only provides translations for the KOMA script. So ATM you still need to
define these translations manually. I'll forward it to the upstream author,
Werner Lemberg, and hope that he will include it.
