Well, I am not convinced they should be in a task, at least most of them
probably shouldn't. Possibly it makes sense to introduce a task like
"debichem-toolbox" or something, where the non-end-user-applications
could live in.
But I think it might be useful to have a mechanism which includes
packages in the web-sentinel, but no in some user-exposed tasks, maybe
by filtering per maintainer?
