I've uploaded it now, thanks for the work!

Will you copy the current subversion to tags/cclib/1.0.1-1 or should I?

Also, it is good practise to add a new changelog entry (dch -i) with
"unreleased" instead of "unstable" as distribution after tagging so that
one doesn't accidently uploads a non-ready package.
