Hi again,

unfortunately the additional Build-Depends: openssh-client makes things
worse (see build log[1]).  I'm afraid these are simply issues where MPI
is not correctly initialised.  Since I have very limited experience with
this kind of issues I'll leave the issue for Nicolas (may be others) and
do not touch the repository until I hear from you.

May be a sensible course of action would be to simply skip the two
affected tests since these are bound to fail in a machine with no
network connection (package is build in a chroot with no network
access).

Just let me know if I can do more.
