pymol fails to start with the following error:

RuntimeError: the PyQt4.QtCore and PyQt5.QtCore modules both wrap the QObject class


I am not sure what is going on. Pymol checks for Qt versions 5 and 4 
for python 2.7 in it's startup script on my system. I have both 
python-qt4 and python-pyqt5 installed on my system. Other packages 
seem to depend on one or the other.
