[Debichem-devel] Bug#902348: pymol: fails to start with runtime error regarding Qt

Hi!

Thanks for the intriguing report. The Debian packging *should* only be using 
the Tk interface and not the Qt interface still so this crash is quite 
unexpected.

Between now and when a fix is uploaded, you should be able to run pymol with:

	pymol -w pmg_tk

which explicitly selects the Tk GUI rather than the Qt GUI. (This is supposed 
to be the default.)
