[Debichem-devel] Bug#1017710: chemps2: flaky autopkgtest

Dear maintainers,

with the last two CMake uploads, I noticed that chemps2 likes to
fail its autopkgtest, which can be resolved by re-running the failed
test. It would be nice if the root cause of that failure could be
determined and the test be made more robust.

The latest failure is:
