As seen on the tracker page for massxpert3 [1]:

3 binary packages have unsatisfiable dependencies high

The dependencies of massxpert2-data=10.4.3-1 cannot be satisfied in
unstable on amd64 because: conflict between massxpert3-data and
massxpert2-data

The dependencies of massxpert2-doc=10.4.3-1 cannot be satisfied in
unstable on amd64 because: conflict between massxpert3-doc and
massxpert2-doc

The dependencies of massxpert2=10.4.3-1 cannot be satisfied in
unstable on amd64 because: conflict between massxpert3:$host and
massxpert2:$build
