Now also seen on the tracker page for minexpert3 [1]:

1 binary package has unsatisfiable dependencies high

The dependencies of minexpert2-doc=11.4.2-1 cannot be satisfied in
unstable on amd64 because: conflict between minexpert3-doc and
minexpert2-doc
