[Debichem-devel] Bug#1132028: jmol: reading a .cif does not advance beyond the optional preview

Dear Maintainer,

In an instance of Debian 13/stable, I installed Jmol 16.2.33 via `sudo apt-get
install jmol`.  While the program starts up as expected, reading the structure
file of interest fails midway: with File -> Open, the widget to access the file
of interest recognizes for instance .cif and .xyz and provides the optional
preview.  However, the subsequent confirmation to use this very file does not
lead to the display of the structure in Jmol's main pane.

The very same files are successfully read and displayed by Avogadro (1.100.0)
equally installed via `apt` from the same releases' repository.
