that's what i'v told,
that Wiki is not a quick, usable experience,
so use
https://github.com/Pita/etherpad-lite/wiki/Sites-that-run-Etherpad-Lite
search there for stable or ask FBX to host it :)
enlist all the possible variants (copy the info from wiki)
and let's vote :)
