In addition to the issues already pointed out I just wanted to mention
that we should keep in mind exactly to whom the license obligates us to
distribute source.

If this is on your plug and you are the only one allowed to access the
config front end, then you are the only one who needs access to the
source code. And since it is all uncompiled python at the moment, you
already have that source on your plug.
