Thanks to help from Bdale [0], my site is back up again.  Download the
latest (2012.1021 [1, 2]) image and extract it to test on VirtualBox.

Stuff has happened since that 2012.1021 image, but it felt improper to
publish images that I couldn't even test.  I'll get back to releasing
the bi-monthly images again, before too long.
