Your list seem to consist of both facts and non-scientific
misunderstanding about radio waves.  I recommend having a look at

radiation of different parts of our world and their impact on people. :)

There is no scientific backing for believing wifi signals is a health
issue, thus no need to believe it will lover the value of the propoerty
either.  But while the privacy issues are real, the hope to change the
power consumtion pattern to save power (in the power grid, not really in
individual homes) depend on a lot more dubious assumtions.  Time will
tell.

Anyway, this seem to be off topic for this list, so I will stop here.
