I guess it should, but as can be seen in the thread starting on
<URL: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/freedombox-discuss/2013-September/005703.html >,
no-one maintained the old freedombox-privoxy package and it was not
buildable from source, so we dropped it and went with the Debian
package instead.  So someone who know privoxy need to step up and
maintain the setup.
