[Freedombox-discuss] FreedomBox v19.23 released

FreedomBox v19.23 has been release and uploaded to Debian unstable. Typically, it will migrate to testing in 2 days, and then will be uploaded to stable-backports.

- minidlna: New app for MiniDLNA (Simple Media Server)
- apps: Show app icons in app pages
- apps: Implement responsive layout for app pages
- samba: Recursively set open share directory permissions
- transmission: Add directory selection form
- mumble: Add option to set SuperUser password
- cockpit: Extend apps description with access info
- cockpit: Add list of valid urls to access the app
- Update translations for French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Swedish
