[Freedombox-discuss] Translators: Deadline for Buster Freeze

Note to all translators:

A user in the IRC channel raised a question about the deadline for
submitting translations on weblate in time for the Buster full freeze.

If you want your translation work to be in the Buster stable release,
the suggested deadline is Thursday, February 28, 2019. This is not a
hard deadline, but after the Buster full freeze we will have to ask for
manual approval of changes like translations and doc updates. Finalizing
your translations by February 28th is the safe option.
