[Freedombox-discuss] FreedomBox v0.46.1 released

FreedomBox v0.46.1 has been released to Debian unstable.

Highlights of this release:
- Updated translations for Czech, German, Spanish, Ukrainian, and
Norwegian Bokmål.
- Use systemd journal for logging.
- Rename plinth binary package to "freedombox", and merge
freedombox-setup package into it.
