[Freedombox-discuss] FreedomBox v19.9 released

FreedomBox v19.9 has been released and uploaded to Debian experimental.

This release is only available to developers and advanced users (via
experimental repository) until Debian Buster release is made.

Highlights of this release:
- config: Add option to show advanced apps, which are hidden by default
- monkeysphere: Hide by default
- searx: Add option to allow public access to the application
- Introduce component architecture for apps, with components for menus
and shortcuts
- Start new translation for Bulgarian
- Update translations for Turkish and Norwegian Bokmål
