Notes for admins regarding the new “vpn” user group.

Existing users of OpenVPN can continue to use their client profiles. But
downloading the client profile will not work unless they are members of
the “vpn” user group. It is recommended to proactively add your OpenVPN
users to the “vpn” user group.

Removing a user from the “vpn” group does not automatically revoke their
OpenVPN client profile, yet. See issue 1990 on Salsa[1].

The user group “vpn” is not implemented yet for WireGuard.
