One thing we might want to consider is splitting off optional Plinth
modules into separate *source* packages. That would allow some modules
to migrate to testing/stable, while others stay in unstable.

Currently, it would be difficult to maintain separate upstream
repositories for each module though, because our module API is not
stable yet.
