[Fusioninventory-devel] Script to detect virtualization technology

Hello,

I discovered today this script that detects if the server is running in one of the following virtualization technology :

- Virtual PC/Virtual Server
- VirtualBox
- VMware
- QEMU/KVM (experimental)
- Xen (para and non-para virtualized)
- OpenVZ/Virtuozzo
- UML
- any HVM providing CPUID 0x40000000 detection

The script is available under the GPL v2. Here is the link :

Would not this make a great addition to the Fusion Inventory agent?
