According to its documentation, --scandeps only lists the modules you 
don't have yet, and you need the -L flag to get the difference from a 
vanilla perl distribution (no precise idea of which perl distribution 
exactly tough). And the scanning mechanism isn't explained anywhere, so 
you can't assume it uses distribution metadata.
