You can do as you wish. :)
Actually, my main problem was that I could not see legacy USB boot key in action. :-/ I've no idea of its look and feel.
My code has agent.cfg file directly added to a « raw » bootable ISO image. Thus changing server and/or tag implies building a new ISO image again. :-/
These are the main 2 reasons why I did not dare to ask commit access to official FusionInventory git repository. It's also first time I write code to use live-build. My "announce" can be seen as a call for code review. ;)
It seems to me that my code needs more polishing and more features (ie: user interface to set keyboard layout and tag at runtime, maybe change boot menu and splash logo…).
As I write, I am thinking: maybe can we use FusionInventory forge to get this version more user-friendly ?
If you know a way to keep both repos synchronized for several branches (I mean on gitorious and on an official FusionInventory repo), maybe can we set this up ?

Please do not hesitate on asking, and/or sending comments and feedback, notably if you feel wasted time can be avoided for future users.
My nickname is LowMemory on Freenode IRC network, even if I am not always connected to chan.

No problem: I need this bootable image. Making it public will increase its quality ! :)
