Yes it's possible, you can add a ticket on forge.

For the moment, you can do like this:
* Put rule with 'OR'
* add criteria IP begin by 172.16.84.
* add criteria IP begin by 172.16.85.


Another solution is to have criteria:
* IP regex match /^172.16.(84|85)./
