If it's for only one time (so migration from GLPI to HP manager, you 
have 2 possibilities:
¤ CSV without code anything
¤ Code a script to get data from GLPI and push it into HP manager

If you want to "synchronize" very hour/day, it can be better use the 
script or a plugin
