[Fusioninventory-user] Issue with agent for x64

Hi all,

I always have a problem with agent x64 when installed on windows 7 64bit,
language is English(United States)

Here are the log and i am using FI version 2.3.8

Although, i tried many times with difference FI version but not successful.
