[Fusioninventory-user] Issue with agent for x64

On Windows 7, the last reliable version for me (specifically deployments) was 2.2.7-3… I’d fully uninstall and try that version.

Hi all,
I always have a problem with agent x64 when installed on windows 7 64bit, language is English(United States)
Here are the log and i am using FI version 2.3.8

[Thu Jul 10 10:31:00 2014][fault] The locale codeset (cp949) isn't one that perl can decode, stopped at C:/Program Files/FusionInventory-Agent/perl/vendor/lib/Encode/Locale.pm line 94.

Compilation failed in require at C:/Program Files/FusionInventory-Agent/perl/vendor/lib/LWP/UserAgent.pm line 1000.

Although, i tried many times with difference FI version but not successful.
