What works better for you doesn't mandatorily works better for others.
Please don't provide such kind of blind advices without specific

The perl runtime shipped with the agent apparently lacks CP949 encoding
support. Please open a bug against
'fusioninventory-agent-windows-installer' project:
http://forge.fusioninventory.org/projects/fusioninventory-agent-windows-installer
As a workaround, you may try to disable the internal HTTP interface
(no-httpd configuration parameter), but this will prevent server ->
agent out-of-schedule communication.
