seg fault after inserting 18,000 triplets in kdtree

Hi,

I have downloaded libkdtree+ and changed the examples/test_kdtree.cpp to
insert more values.
After inserting 18,000 triplets in to the kdtree it is giving seg fault in
insert() function in kdtree.hpp.

Can you please throw some light on this?
