Disabling F-Key Macros

Sorry to bother the devel list with a (probably) simple question but I've been
unable to find the answer in the man page, in any of the documentation that
came with my Debian package or on the web.

I need to be able to send F2 to the serial bios on my Dell server and I think
it's not being transmitted due to minicom's F-key macros.  Is there any way to
disable them or some escape sequence I need to use to get the F-keys to work?
