PATCH: feature added, variable ENQ answerback response.

I have an application which requires my DCE to uniquely identify the DTE software being used while running multiple instances of Minicom with a multi-port serial concentrator..  This patch allows a user to opionally set the terminal software generated ^E (ENQ) answer-back string via the terminal settings window (vs. the default string "Minicom"VERSION).
