Minicom 1500000 8n1 bug

Hi alioth，
Minicom 1500000 8n1 can be input and output normally on Ubuntu 18.04, but I can't work normally after upgrading the system to Ubuntu 20.4, because 115200 is normal and 1500000 output is garbled, and my device only supports 1500000. Please see what's the problem and emergency.
