Unrecognized Charge on Statement – Clarification Needed

Recently I saw that I was billed two times for my recent transaction on your platform.

The charge appears duplicated on my billing details, and I need to get a reversal for the duplicate transaction.

Please investigate this and resolve the problem at your earliest convenience? I would be grateful for an update as fast as possible.
