[Neurodebian-users] proplem installing FSL on ubuntu 11.10

It works. Kind of. I can run fslview, but the filesystem it sees is
the chroot one apart from the home directory which is somehow
replaced. I can mount my data partitions, but I am afraid that
mounting them for the second will result in data corruption. Any tips?
