Hi,

I tried installing FSL with synaptic package manager as well as with the
software center, using neurodebian repository on ubuntu 11.10. I get the
following error when using software center:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

fsl-4.1: Depends: libgcc1 (>= 1:4.1.1) but 1:4.6.1-9ubuntu3 is to be
installed
          Depends: libstdc++6 (>= 4.6) but 4.6.1-9ubuntu3 is to be installed
          Depends: zlib1g (>= 1:1.1.4) but 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3ubuntu3 is to
be installed
          Depends: www-browser but it is a virtual package
          Depends: tk8.4 (>= 8.4.7) but 8.4.19-4 is to be installed
          Depends: tcl8.4 (>= 8.4.7) but 8.4.19-4ubuntu3 is to be installed
          Depends: fslview but it is not going to be installed

...and when I'm using synaptic package manager it says:

Could not apply changes! Fix broken packages first.

Do you know how I can fix it?

Thank you very much!!!

Stephan

btw, other software (afni, mricron) installed fine
